Saturday night I went to see John Barrie Dyke from Dyko perform at a local record store in St Kilda Melbourne called Pure Pop Records. I’d been waiting nearly 2 years to see Dyko perform live and to get their CD and I got both that night, it couldn’t have been at a better location. Of all the places he chose one that was 5 minutes away from where I live! And it was free!
After the show I got the CD I bought signed by both John and his son Iggy who joined him on stage for the last two songs “Tanzen Gehen” and “Elektro Leiber”. I shook John’s hand and thanked him for a wonderful show but I was too starstruck to bother him with a quick conversation so I left it at that
